Compensation
We know how important your
paycheck is to you. We regularly evaluate our compensation plans
to ensure that they remain competitive with others.
Bonus Programs
We believe in sharing
our success. Many of our employees participate in bonus programs
designed to reward outstanding performance.
401(k) Retirement Plan
We help you save for
retirement. You defer 1% to 90% of your weekly compensation
(pretax) in Compel’s 401(k) Plan and we match 50 cents of
every dollar on up to 6%.
Medical and Dental Plans
We promote healthy families.
Participate in our PPO medical plan and our
PPO dental plan (pretax).
Life Insurance
We want you to feel
confident knowing that your family is protected. We offer
life and AD&D insurance to our employees and their dependents.
Flexible Spending Plan
We assist you in other
ways too. You can put up to $2,500 a year (pretax) in a health
care reimbursement account and $5,000 a year (pretax) in a
dependent care reimbursement account. These accounts can
then be used to pay for health care expenses not covered by
your group health insurance and dependent care expenses incurred
because you work.
Tuition Reimbursement
We encourage your personal
growth. You can receive up to $4,000 a year in educational
